Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Once we confirm the product's fault, we will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  2. Please ensure that the faulty item is returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

Wrong Size Fins: If you receive fins that are the wrong size, we are here to assist you in getting the correct fit. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange for the correct size fins.

  2. We will provide you with a return address to return the fins.

  3. Once we receive the return and confirm the condition of the fins, we will promptly ship the correct size fins to you.

General Returns Guidelines:

-All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
-The product must be in its original, unused condition.
-Please include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
-Return shipping costs for faulty products will be covered by PB with Bronte.
-For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
